My First Involvement at C.Y.N.G.C.

Before anything else CYNGC means Cordillera Youth Network for Global Change. I am a new member of this organization, I choose to be one of them because i want to be empowered and I want to LEARN.

Seminar-workshop was held at Tuba, Benguet Social Hall (June 24, 2012-Sunday) it is a PERSONAL LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT and VALUES FORMATION SEMINAR-WORKSHOP. Of course, as a new member I attended this seminar and I am assigned to be the emcee.

I actually don't know if I did good, but for sure I learned a lot! and I enjoyed this new experience in my Life. I think emceeing is also like teaching but more entertaining..haha.. .I am a serious person and I don't really know if I entertained them. Anyways, being an Emcee is not easy you need to focus on all things, You need to talk and talk, You need to think fast, You need presence of mind, and You need to prepare!

So the program starts 9:30am, Oh yes! the program started LATE! On the program paper it is supposedly to start at 8:00, but in my opinion even though this started Late, the program still goes well "all is well"..

The program starts with a RITUAL, this was amazing and holy!! One-by-one the members entered the hall, and upon entering the door someone would be giving candle and rose. After all had entered, Doxology part had been presented and now, our candles had been lighted and so on. (I'm sorry for not having pictures)

After the documentary, the emcees introduce themselves, after that we introduce and presented the Different Universities here at Cordillera..after the introduction the members group themselves and have introduction of there co-group members.

After the main program, We have had our Lunch break..and we had yummy lunch.

After Lunch Break, the activity on seminar-workshop was pursued. Different speakers share their knowledge and their was a lot of team building activity related.

     This event is not just fun but also a new learning experience to all of us. In this event I laughed, I got inspired and I learned. Being a member of a group once again is a new experience to me again... .

God made this day a blessed day to us. More activities to come that I should be involved in and more inspiration to come.. .
